An organized and planned program of inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment, designed to satisfy local use conditions and the manufacturer's suggested maintenance requirements, performed by PARC Automation technicians. Adding repair services to the maintenance agreement insures that timely repairs are performed at a reduced price and within a pre-determined known cost.

Service and sales offices are located in downtown Toronto and Buffalo, New York to provide you with a prompt response to your call at the lowest possible cost.

REPAIR/REPLACEMENT  PARTS
Exact replacement parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies are stocked locally and available when you need them, PARC Automation maintains a repair/exchange program to serve you better and to reduce your service costs.

SYSTEMS  ENGINEERING
PARC Automation's experienced product specialists are available to assist in systems design, as well as the preparation of specifications.

SALES AND INSTALLATION 
A PARC Automation sales representative will assist in the design and implementation of your system requirement. Our full service policy means that we also install and service what we sell.

TRAINING

Product specialists are available to conduct seminars which cover the implementation, operation, or expansion of computerized, state of the art systems as listed herein. Seminars can be conducted at your facility or at PARC Automation offices.
